Lovely room. Spacious and clean. Beautiful bathroom. The hotel was smart, the food was very good and there is a wonderful terrace. Some of the staff gave really good service - particularly in the restaurants. Overall excellent value for money.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, we encountered a problem with our room, booking.com had made a mistake and gave us the wrong details so we were expecting a room with a view but instead got a room with a carpark. The manager was understanding of our frustration. The king suite we was put in was spacious and the hot tub was very relaxing. The food in the restaurant was also lovely as were the staff. Will definitely stay again, but will book directly with the hotel so we get exactly what we want.

The staff were exceptional, really friendly and chatty to everyone. The hotel was spotless throughout and had a welcoming feel. The bedroom was recently refurbished and cleaning was to a very high standard. The room was well stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits etc and had an iron and ironing board. The breakfast room was a delight and the selection of food was of a high standard. Dinner at night had a varied menu and was delicious.

Great place for a wedding, room clean and comfy. The bar had a great selection and the food we had during the wedding breakfast was lovely!

All the staff were really friendly. We stayed in the jacuzzi room, which was lovely. We didn't book a meal - but we did decide to eat and they squeezed us in. I am gluten free and a vegetarian which can be hard to cater for, but they gave me lots of different options. It was lovely to relax by the fire in the bar with a large malbec.

Stayed for my mum's 60th and everything was great 🤗 from the spa, to the rooms. We requested a room next to each other and we got that and we got to check in early which was a bonus. Also left a nice message for my mum in her room wishing her a happy birthday lovely touch. Breakfast plentiful too. Thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience!
